Berrocal

Salvador and Dalila, 1978, edition #126/200, Polished Bronze Sculpture,

This sculpture by the well known artist Berroca is not only beautiful, but a work of engineering complexity and brilliance. As with most of Berrocal’s work, it disassembles - 17 meticulously crafted pieces that fit precisely together into the work shown below. The title, Salvador and Dalila, is an homage to Salvador Dali, and indeed, Dali influenced Berrocal as well as gave is input on this work.

The sculpture includes the original book with assembly instructions and design history of the piece.
